Digital download policy

Instant digital products

Products marked **Instant PDF download** are delivered electronically and do not include a physical product unless the product listing explicitly says otherwise. After purchase, you will receive access to the PDF file associated with your order.

You can save the file to a compatible device and print it at home or through a print service. Unless a listing states otherwise, digital coloring books, journals, templates, and related files are sold for personal use.

Refunds

Because digital products can be accessed immediately, **digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded**. Please review the product title and description carefully before completing your purchase.

If you receive the wrong file, encounter a corrupted file, or experience a technical problem accessing a purchase, contact us through the store contact page so we can investigate.

Personal-use license

Unless another license is stated on the product page:

  • You may download and print the file for your own personal use.
  • You may print individual pages again for your own use.
  • You may not resell or redistribute the digital file.
  • You may not upload the file for public sharing.
  • You may not sell printed copies or use the artwork in commercial products.

Purchasing a download does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or intellectual property.
