Are your apparel items ready to ship?

Our apparel is **made to order**. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before the item ships. Shipping time begins after production is complete.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. When a shippable order leaves the fulfillment facility, tracking information is sent by email to the address used at checkout.

What does Instant PDF download mean?

Digital coloring books, journals, bundles, and printable resources marked **Instant PDF download** are digital products. After completing your purchase, you receive access to the downloadable PDF rather than a physical item in the mail.

Can I return a digital product?

Digital products are non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded. If you have trouble accessing a file or believe you received the wrong item, please contact us.

Can I print my digital purchase more than once?

Digital products are provided for personal use unless the product page states otherwise. You may print copies for your own personal use, but you may not resell, redistribute, or commercially reproduce the files.
