Made-to-order apparel

Pretty In My Skin apparel is produced after an order is placed. Please allow **2–5 business days for production** before your order enters the shipping process. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.

Once a shippable order is on the way, tracking information is emailed to the address provided during checkout. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed, and delays caused by weather, holidays, address issues, or carrier operations may occur after a package leaves the fulfillment facility.

Check your shipping information

Please review your delivery address before completing checkout. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible after production or fulfillment has started.

Digital products

Products labeled **Instant PDF download** do not ship. They are delivered electronically after purchase and do not include a physical item unless the product page specifically says otherwise.

Returns

Return eligibility depends on the type and condition of the product. Because apparel is made to order, please review sizing information carefully before purchasing. Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
